Package Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum of two nights' stay with two persons in a room.
  • Booking period from now until 10 December 2023, valid for stays between 1 December to 14 December 2023.
  • Third person sharing rate applicable at JPY10,600 per night.
  • Niseko Village lift passes cannot be upgraded to All Mountain Pass.
  • Lift pass and ski/board rental are required to be pre booked and prepaid 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Private ski or snowboard lessons require a 14 days advance booking. Otherwise, this benefit will be forfeited.
  • Rates are subject to change. Full payment is required at the time of booking and this payment is non-refundable.

  • Rates are nett inclusive 10% sales tax.
